Manor is open to four kinds of collaborators: experts with a proven method, creators who build and sell workspace Blueprints, forward deployed engineers (FDEs) who build for one client at a time, and build companies that deliver AI workspaces to many clients.
An expert brings the method and judgment from their field, including experience at companies such as Google and Amazon. Manor works with the expert to package that know-how as a workspace Blueprint, publish it on the Manor Marketplace and share the earnings. Terms are agreed directly by email.
A creator builds one workspace Blueprint and sells it to many buyers on the Marketplace. An FDE builds what one client needs and hands it over with Deliver to a client, so the client owns a private copy in their own company.
Yes. Each workspace can be sent with Deliver to a client, first as Customer testing and then as Delivered. Deliveries are tracked under Team, Clients. After handover the builder can ask for maintenance access, which the client approves. Blueprints can also be shared through an unlisted install link limited to specific emails.
No. Manor discusses fit, earnings shares and partnership details directly by email. Income is not guaranteed, and Manor does not take payment for client deliveries, so FDEs and build companies bill their clients directly.
