**Long description:** OPC Builders is a peer community for people building ambitious one-person companies. Members exchange practical systems for customer discovery, product, sales, support, operations, and responsible AI-assisted work. The goal is leverage without pretending everything should run on autopilot. Manor AI founded and supports the community, but useful discussion comes before product promotion.

The Community Hub is the public directory. `opc-community.json` is the canonical source Manor AI agents should use for platform status, Discord channel IDs, operating cadence, approval boundaries, escalations, and success metrics. Update both when a new platform becomes active; never infer or publish an unverified community URL.

`opc-community-marketing-workspace.json` defines the scheduled Marketing Workspace operating loop. The workspace must refresh the canonical community source before every run, automate internal listening, classification, metrics, link checks, drafts, and review queues, and require human approval before external publishing, direct messages, invitations, moderation, access changes, deletion, or public commitments.

## Moderation defaults

- New-member promotion stays in replies or a designated feedback thread for the first seven days.
- Remove undisclosed affiliate links and repetitive link drops.
- Lock financial, legal, or security advice that presents risky claims as certainty.
- Document moderation actions privately and explain material decisions to the affected member.
- Review channel activity after 30 days and archive empty channels instead of keeping a crowded structure.
